Auriculotherapy, also known as Cranial Nerve Augmentation, is often confused with ear acupuncture but it uses no needles, no acupuncture points & no meridians.  A micro-current stimulator is placed on neurological points that correspond to the various cranial nerves & cervical ganglia on the ear. These nerves then send a message to the brain based on the location of the area being diagnosed or treated. Therefore, Cranial Nerve Augmentation is considered mainstream clinical neurology.

Imagine your brain as a computer. Inside this computer is a "map" of the entire body. This map is neurologically projected onto the ear through the body’s nervous system. Accessing the points on the map is like using a computer’s keyboard or mouse to gain entrance into the system. With this system we are able to directly diagnose & treat a number of problems & conditions through the "brain's computer".

Course Objectives

• Overview of Auriculotherapy

• Relationship of the ear to the brain and nervous system

• Neurophysiological mechanisms of Auriculotherapy

• The inverted fetus somatotype of the ear (auricle)

• Anatomy of the ear (auricle)

• Comparison of the French, American, and Chinese ear points

• Pathology and neurophysiology of pain

• Treatment of the five addictions: Drugs and Alcoholism; Sex; Eating Disorders; Work; Gambling

• Ear points and their distribution for the
  - Musculoskeletal System
  - Internal Organs
  - Neuroendocrine System
  - Head and Face
  - Nervous System
  - Sensory System
  - Master Points
  - Functional Points
  - Vertebral Column Points

Each Participant will receive a 100 page course manual.
*Each Participant will receive a Certificate of Course Completion from The American College of Addictionology and Compulsive Disorders. A CEU Certificate fee may apply..
*All Persons attending will be able to use Auriculotherapy effectively the very same day, however, 
*Check with your licensing board to determine if Auriculotherapy is within the scope of your license
 

*An additional charge of $75 for submissions to Boards for CEU's *Individual state licensure, re-licensure hour and certification requirements may vary, please check with your state board for approval verification. Cancellation and refunds: Tuition is not refundable if the program to which it applies is conducted as scheduled. If a scheduled seminar is cancelled before starting, the unused portion of tuition will be refunded. Cancellations must be made five (5) days prior to the seminar for a full refund for non-attendance. If cancelled within five (5) working days prior to the seminar, a $45 administration fee will be deducted from payment. We reserve the right to cancel any seminar due to low registration.
